Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic technology leader to guide our digital transformation initiatives and ensure long-term scalability across complex technology ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining solution development that aligns with business objectives and supports enterprise-wide systems and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Architectural Vision: Develop and maintain the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation efforts.
  • Lead Solution Design: Lead end-to-end solution design across enterprise systems, shared infrastructure, and applications balancing innovation, compliance, and risk.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Analyze business capabilities, processes, and value streams, translating them into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
  • Provide Governance: Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and best practices through governance and oversight on solution architecture.
  • Develop Architecture Principles: Establish architecture principles, patterns, frameworks, and reference models to guide technology decisions and integration efforts.
  • Conduct Solution Evaluations: Support infrastructure investment planning and enterprise decision-making through solution evaluations and technology assessments.
  • Facilitate Assurance Reviews: Conduct architecture assurance and compliance reviews across the full solution lifecycle from planning and procurement to implementation and deployment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in two or more IT solution development disciplines, such as infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, or database/cloud engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of enterprise solution design methodologies and modern architectural frameworks, with hands-on experience in one or more technologies: Java, Go, Python; MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle; JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
