Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise risk management (ERM) policies and frameworks.
  • Review and enhance risk-related policies across the Bank to ensure an integrated risk approach.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Bank's Risk Appetite Framework, including risk appetite statements, limits, and KRIs.
  • Monitor key risk indicators, resolve breaches with risk owners, and manage KRI Guidelines.
  • Partner with Risk Leads, Finance, and Business units on ICAAP updates, capital stress testing, and scenario analysis.
  • Establish tools and systems to identify, assess, and mitigate interconnected risks.
  • Support business units in embedding risk considerations into decision-making, including new products and services.
  • Collaborate on risk mitigation strategies, conduct assessments, and identify emerging risks.
  • Prepare and consolidate risk reports for the Board, Senior Management, and regulatory bodies.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture through training and engagement with Group Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and regulators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accountancy, Mathematics, or related field.
  • At least 10 years' experience in Risk Management within a banking environment, with strong expertise in policy formulation and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations, risk management practices, regulatory compliance, and BSP regulations.
  • Familiarity with global risk frameworks and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php230, Php250,000.00 per month
