Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile high-value financial statements and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Oversee collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes
  • Develop cash flow projections and analyze financial data for business decisions
  • Lead automation and efficiency improvements for the financial team
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine financial policies and improve financial operations
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP)
  • Excellent English communication skills: strong financial reporting and documentation capabilities
