We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Responsibilities:- Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation and payment processing
- Handle accounts receivable functions by generating invoices and following up on outstanding payments
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients
