Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support strategic technology initiatives across a global team, requiring a flexible and adaptable professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Develop and maintain performance reports to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through data-driven insights.
  • Implement and monitor improvements using robust control planning and compliance measures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate project performance and updates across all organizational levels, fostering transparency and collaboration.
  • Create and deliver stakeholder presentations with supporting documentation and tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Recommend and implement process standards and methodologies, leveraging Lean Six Sigma expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience with a strong background in IT process improvement and project management.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years of hands-on experience in process improvement.
  • Experience working in remote, global teams with a flexible and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project) and Agile methodologies.
