Marketing Analyst Job Description

This role is a senior member of the analytics team and will bring strategic thought leadership and problem solving, team management, and stakeholder experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing ad-hoc KPI reports
  • Monitoring, identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Reviewing and analyzing all marketing efforts to identify successful elements and work to continuously improve ad performance
  • Developing actionable insights and helping formulate strategic direction of marketing efforts
  • Identifying customer trends and recommending data-driven responses to guide strategy and decision making within the Marketing organization
  • Conducting quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to support marketing decision making
  • Making strategic recommendations backed up by data and analyzed trends

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role, be comfortable working with large data sets, and have advanced quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or analytical field is required, with a Master's preferred. The candidate should also be hands-on with advanced SQL and Excel, and have experience manipulating large data sets and statistical modeling through R or Python.

This role requires the ability to work the 5AM to 2PM shift with adherence to schedule a must, and willingness to render extended hour/s as the need arises.

Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (math, science, economics, finance, engineering) required. Master's preferred
  • Qualifications:
