Job Overview

The Strategic Reporting Manager will lead our reporting operations, manage a team of analysts, and deliver executive-level dashboards that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with KPIs
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership
  • Lead cross-functional reporting initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Ops
  • Manage a team of 5–10 analysts and ensure reporting consistency
  • Conduct audits and enforce data quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Power BI and SQL skills
  • Experience managing data teams and presenting to executives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Asana)
