Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Campaign Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll drive business growth through precision outreach, strategic campaigns, and AI-driven execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining seamless campaign execution with exceptional deliverable quality and transparent performance visibility.
- Creating materials that directly impact client perception, managing asynchronous client communications, and participating in strategic meetings to provide campaign updates and performance context.
This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and tactical execution, including:
- Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing multi-channel LinkedIn and email campaigns using advanced automation tools and platforms.
- Collaborating on comprehensive go-to-market strategy development, campaign architecture, and outreach sequencing.
- Developing and refining high-converting outreach messaging, including connection requests, multi-touch follow-up sequences, and email cadences.
- Leading campaign brief development, ideal customer profile refinement, and lead list validation processes.
- Conducting A/B testing on messaging, timing, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign performance.
- Designing and maintaining sophisticated reporting dashboards, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for client review.
- Developing compelling, brand-aligned copy that resonates with client objectives and maintains consistent voice across all touchpoints.
- Managing automated and manual client communication workflows, including meeting booking updates, campaign milestones, and performance highlights.
- Creating executive-level presentations and campaign retrospectives for quarterly business reviews.
Data Management & CRM Operations:
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Maintaining comprehensive contact tagging, activity logging, and lead progression tracking within CRM systems.
- Managing appointment coordination, including no-show follow-up, reschedule processing, and confirmation workflows.
- Executing systematic re-engagement campaigns for prospects expressing future interest or delayed buying timelines.
- Ensuring data integrity across all client touchpoints and maintaining GDPR/compliance standards.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
You'll be responsible for:
- Generating comprehensive daily end-of-day reports featuring key metrics, execution blockers, campaign highlights, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintaining real-time client and campaign performance dashboards using Coda and integrated analytics platforms.
- Partnering with AI operations team on automated monthly and weekly client reporting processes.
- Conducting regular campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You'll work closely with:
- SDRs, Researchers, Campaign Managers, and AI specialists through Slack and project management platforms.
- Ensuring alignment on lead sourcing requirements, campaign preparation timelines, and automation deployment status.
- Interfacing with research team for targeting refinements, list updates, and market intelligence gathering.
- Supporting onboarding of new team members and knowledge transfer for campaign handoffs.
