Key Responsibilities:
">Engage with premium merchants through portfolio tracking, merchant communication and ensure service delivery in assigned areas for assigned merchants.
">Meet sales targets of multiple payment solutions such as QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sale software, insurance and other financial products to drive product penetration and revenue growth.
">Enable new business lines and promote the brand in the marketplace by tracking and resolving merchant grievances in a timely manner.
">Plan and execute day-to-day activities along with the team and review team deliverables.
">Collect consistent feedback from the market on existing offerings and competition insights.
">Deploy products and articulate benefits and best practices at client locations to ensure customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.
">Requirements:
">Self-starters who can take ownership without handholding and are comfortable navigating ambiguity will be ideal fits. Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm and willing to get hands dirty.
">Articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
">Fintech experience or field experience candidates will be prioritized.
">Honesty and trustworthiness are key virtues.
">Good sales and negotiation skills and interest in financial products and markets are essential.
">Understanding of local geography is required.
">Education:
">Graduation or post-graduation preferred.
