Job Overview

As a skilled Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis: Identify client problems, gather information and analyze content to determine primary and secondary learning objectives.
  • Design: Create branded templates, select design elements and generate ideas for activities, gamification, story-telling and assessment.
  • Development: Develop e-Learning content using software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, and apply gamification and scenario-based learning.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, create project documentation and ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Four years of experience in a call center environment or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Excellent written and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in various software application programs including MS Office is necessary.
  • Prior customer service or call center environment experience is an advantage.

This remote work opportunity requires working night shifts.
