About the role

As the Learning and Development Content Designer at Teleperformance EDSA, you will play a crucial role in shaping the training and development programmes for our dynamic workforce. In this full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning content to support the growth and success of our employees.

What you'll be doing

  1. Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and other learning resources
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and synthesise relevant information for training content
  3. Ensure that all learning content is aligned with the company's strategic objectives, policies, and procedures
  4. Continuously evaluate and update training materials to keep them current and relevant
  5. Assist in the delivery and facilitation of training programmes, providing support and guidance to learners as needed
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the learning and development function by identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing training content for a diverse workforce
  3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
  4. Proficiency in using learning management systems, authoring tools, and other relevant software
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into user-friendly content
  6. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Adaptability and the willingness to continuously learn and grow
