As an e-learning content developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of our global workforce. We are seeking an innovative and talented individual to design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning content that drives impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality e-learning materials, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Establish and maintain new content within our Career Management System, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly experience.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in planning and executing in-house training events, enhancing the overall learning experience for our employees.
- Maintain rigorous quality control processes for all e-learning materials, guaranteeing consistency and excellence.
- Regularly review feedback and update courses annually, driving continuous improvement and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Writing, Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience in graphic design and drawing, showcasing creativity and visual acumen.
- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline 360 is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Open to fresh graduates eager to learn and grow in their careers.
