Instructional Designer - Customer Success Enablement

This role plays a key part in helping customers maximize the value of our solutions.

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team, who will be responsible for creating engaging learning content and applying adult learning principles to create effective learner-centered experiences.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate enablement strategies and training needs into structured high-impact learning content, leveraging LMS platforms and e-learning tools to develop and deliver engaging training experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or training content creation, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

Strong expertise in instructional design is required, including adult learning principles, content structuring, and learner engagement strategies.

The successful candidate will also possess proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, experience optimizing content for LMS platforms, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
