Job Title: Learning Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying engaging course content and learning activities for various modalities.

About the Role

The Learning Content Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions that meet business objectives. This includes rapidly designing, developing, and publishing course content using recognized models such as ADDIE and SAM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality learning content that meets business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Author training material using authoring tools including Articulate 360 and other common tools.
  • Maintain knowledge of adult learning theory and learning technologies.
  • Develop course content including graphics, scenarios, job aids, and simulations.
Requirements
  • Two+ years experience in learning/training/people development preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools, and MS Office.
