Job Title: E-Learning Content Developer

Create engaging online learning content with quality and efficiency. We are seeking an E-Learning Content Developer to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for designing interactive and immersive experiences that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality e-learning content, including video tutorials, animations, and interactive simulations. They will work closely with instructional designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver outcomes that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality e-learning content, including video tutorials, animations, and interactive simulations.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver outcomes that meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning content development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent eye for design and understanding of design principles.
  • Proficiency in video-editing and animation software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate).
  • Willingness to learn various e-Learning authoring tools (Articulate, h5p, iSpring).
  • Adaptability and openness to exploring new technologies.
  • Demonstrates good problem-solving and initiative.
  • Great communication skills.
