
Virtual Support Professional for Skilled Trades

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Support Professional to provide administrative assistance to one or more executives at a skilled trades company.
The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, organize emails, assist with reporting, and handle various administrative tasks.
This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
- Organize inboxes, respond to emails, and prioritize communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, or meeting notes as needed
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including video conferencing logistics
- Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking (when applicable)
- Assist with project coordination, team communications, and deadline tracking
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
