ACCOUNTING STAFF

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at Unibrew Industry Trading. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our company's accounts. This full-time position is based in AS Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial information
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and information
  • Comply with all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Must have a degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounting Officers/Clerk's industry
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start ASAP and willing to work onsite at Mandaue City, Cebu.
