About Our Collection Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Professional to contact clients and collect outstanding payments in a professional and patient manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To successfully collect outstanding payments from clients
  • Maintain strong, trustful relationships with customers while ensuring timely payments
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 9 months experience in BPO - Collections in international accounts
  • The ability to use dialing software efficiently
  • Demonstrated account management expertise
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations worldwide
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a customer-focused attitude
