Global Mobility Expert Job Description

Job Overview:

The role of a Global Mobility Expert is pivotal in ensuring seamless global employment compliance. This position involves coordinating employee transitions across borders, adhering to local regulations, and providing immigration and relocation assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
  • Maintain control over Remote products and services for immigration compliance
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Create in-house immigration services to boost revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications
  • Stay updated on the latest immigration law knowledge and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
  • Handle escalations, determine when senior review is required, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions
  • Counsel on travel needs, advise on immigration processes, and act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases
  • Manage case statuses using case management and billing systems
  • Provide solution-based responses for complex client cases
  • Work independently and take ownership of day-to-day tasks
  • Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a focus on immigration. They should also possess a comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes, as well as excellent communication skills across diverse client bases.
