We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating global programs, providing strategic support to cross-regional and cross-functional projects, and driving process improvements through collaboration and data analysis.

Your role will involve managing mildly complex projects, partnering with cross-functional teams, and leveraging operational knowledge to develop and implement corrective actions globally. You will also be responsible for building a culture of best practices through continuous improvement, collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager, or Program Manager role and be proficient in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders driven by data insights.

About the Job:

• This is a full-time position requiring English proficiency.
• The ideal candidate will be able to work in a virtual-first environment with occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans.
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion.
• Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously assess operational risks and leverage operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
• Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery.
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Act as client champion and facilitate timely resolution of client issues, leveraging resources across the company as needed.
• Lead expansion and efficiency projects, including change requests.
• Oversee development and maintenance of knowledge assets to promote repeatability and rapid adoption of best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficient experience managing mildly complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights.
• Self-motivated with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
• Developing persuasive written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams.
• Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance.
• 5-7 years of related experience (sales, presales, or sales training preferred).
• Decision-making, consensus-building, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, be customer-facing, and stay organized.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact.

Work Arrangement:

This role will operate in a Virtual First setting with occasional in-person meetings. A stable internet connection and dedicated workspace are required for remote work. Please ensure you are within commuting distance of our NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, or Bulacan offices for in-person meetings when necessary.
