This role is designed for a highly organized and skilled individual who can efficiently collect cash from customers in a global environment.

About the Role:

The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing a high-volume multi-currency ledger, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills, hands-on experience with accounting systems, and strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume multi-currency ledger to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, taking into account cultural and regional differences.
  • Handle queries and investigations, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Process cash allocations, identifying payments and resolving short paid reasons in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to issue final notices and take appropriate actions in cases of non-payment.
  • Evaluate document processes and ensure DOA's approvals are adhered to at all times.
