Senior Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee and manage the entire billing and accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the billing and accounts receivable process ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  2. Prepare and review invoices for accuracy completeness and compliance with company policies
  3. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and manage the collection process to ensure timely receipt of payments

The successful candidate will be proficient in accounting software and ERP systems and possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. They will also have effective communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
