Expert collectors are sought to spearhead customer interaction and payment recovery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize follow-ups with customers featuring outstanding balances, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) data in QuickBooks, identifying overdue accounts and enhancing collection strategies.
  • Deliver professional communication services via phone calls and written correspondence.
  • Effectively negotiate settlements, developing innovative solutions for delinquent account management.
  • Work in tandem with colleagues to implement company-wide protocols for seamless collections processes.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in utilizing QuickBooks for AR management, transaction recording, and data analysis is crucial.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills ensure high-quality interaction with clients.
  • Candidates should have a background in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable; strong negotiation skills and attention to detail are also required.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate experience working independently and adhering to established policies and guidelines while fostering excellent client relationships.
