At Apollo Technologies, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled leader who can motivate and guide their team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  3. Communication: Foster effective communication between customers, team members, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  4. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in the BPO industry or telecommunications sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other departments.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with a reliable commute or relocation to Davao City required. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, estimated at PHP 80,000 - 120,000 per month.
