Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to support our clients' customer service initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior call center experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
