Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Agent. This role involves providing exceptional service experience to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution, and fostering strong relationships through clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, resolving customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
  • Research and retrieve relevant information across systems to support customer needs, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data with care.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely manner, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions, utilizing available resources and scripts while staying up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience is required, with a strong command of the English language and typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • A high-speed internet connection and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are essential, along with familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up, able to multitask and self-manage effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
