Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position involves handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, proactively reaching out to existing customers, and promoting new products and services.

The successful candidate will possess strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and prior call center experience. The role requires effective problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
Requirements
  • Prior call center experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM with high accuracy.
  • High-speed internet connection for remote work.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
