The Role

">Customer Service Ambassador

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our distributors, responding to phone and email requests in a timely and professional manner.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be handling a wide range of customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be proactive, organized, and able to multitask with ease. You should also be comfortable working in a global team environment and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales orders and manage customer accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet established departmental KPIs
  • Support AR by investigating disputed payments and process credit memos as needed

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent manufacturing industry experience
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Product knowledge and industry experience with metal cutting tools is a plus but not required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced with ERP systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Job Environment:

  • Work performed in an office or home environment
  • Frequent mental and visual attention required
