Roles

Operates carpentry and welding machines to support production of furniture, fixtures, and metal works.

  • Handles and organizes wood, metal, and other materials safely and efficiently.
  • Ensures machines run smoothly while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinates the flow of materials and finished products in the workshop.

ResponsibilitiesCarpentry Machine Operation

  • Set up and operate woodworking machines (saws, planers, sanders, routers, CNC, etc.).
  • Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood according to design specifications.
  • Inspect finished wooden components for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.

Welding Machine Operation

  • Operate welding machines (MIG, TIG, arc, etc.) for fabrication and repair tasks.
  • Prepare and join metal components according to drawings or instructions.
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance.
  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup and calibration.

General Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the carpentry and welding areas.
  • Follow all safety rules, including the use of PPE and safe handling of tools/equipment.
  • Report machine issues or material shortages to supervisors.
  • Support teamwork and continuous improvement in the production process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php20,000.00 per month
