We're looking for a creative quality specialist to join our team.

The Quality Specialist monitors, reviews, and proposes measures to correct or improve the creative quality of customer requests. This role is a key opportunity to leverage your creative expertise and quality standards to make an immediate impact on our customers and support our mission to be the most helpful creative platform in the world.

We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail, ability to identify and address quality issues in creative works, covering aesthetic and technical considerations. You will be reviewing the creative output, not managing a team of creatives.

This role involves scrutinizing customers' requests efficiently to guarantee they adhere to quality control standards. You will maintain high productivity and efficiency while examining customer concerns from a quality perspective and offering valuable recommendations and observations to enhance our quality outputs.

You will also perform technical reviews and provide well-founded feedback to creatives on requests within our scope of service. Adhering to established quality control procedures while utilizing platform functionalities correctly is essential for this role.

Skill requirements include proficiency in reviewing designs and artworks within the client's services. You should also be proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro as well as other tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Figma.

Please note that this is an entry-level position with no managerial responsibilities. You will be working independently and reporting to the Quality Coordinator.
