Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Fund Accountant to manage fund operations for venture capital and private equity funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and ensure timely delivery of fund accounting and administration operations
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation, identify and communicate engagement matters to clients and management
  • Prepare capital calls, distribution calculations, and investor capital accounts, as well as annual year-end workpapers and tax schedules
  • Assist in the preparation of tax estimates and tax returns for the funds, and provide ad hoc analysis and reporting
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of professional fund accounting experience, preferably in venture capital, private equity, public accounting, or asset management
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt to a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience using financial software and systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet critical business deadlines
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
