Job Description

Overview

A senior leadership position responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across multiple fund accounting and client services teams. This role leads service delivery enhancements, manages resource allocation, and develops talent while overseeing complex, high-volume operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead multiple teams across fund accounting and client services.
  2. Drive strategic operational improvements and efficiency.
  3. Oversee complex client portfolio management.
  4. Direct resource allocation and capacity planning.
  5. Develop and implement departmental strategies.
  6. Foster innovation and continuous improvement of culture.
  7. Establish performance monitoring frameworks.
  8. Manage cross-functional relationships.
  9. Ensure regulatory and risk management compliance.

Qualifications
  • Graduate in accounting, finance, or business administration; CPA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in fund accounting, financial services, or client operations, with at least 5 in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple teams and high-volume environments.
  • Skilled in managing complex client portfolios, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in client onboarding and driving methodological innovation.
  • Leadership qualities focused on operational excellence and talent development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
