Job Title: Fund Servicing Senior Manager

Description:

This senior manager role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the transformation and performance optimization of our fund servicing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive performance analysis of investment portfolios, including attribution analysis, benchmarking, and performance measurement against objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough performance analysis of investment portfolios to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain performance and risk reporting frameworks, dashboards, and models to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Partner with performance operations teams to understand client behavior and preferences.
  • Possess a deep understanding of platform functions, both legacy and external.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement performance measurement and risk analytics systems and tools.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as banking or business management.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years working with market-leading performance, attribution, and analytics software platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.
  • Understanding of systems/software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-recognized professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, and CIPM are encouraged.
