About the Job Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term)

We are seeking detail-oriented and organized individuals to join EastWest Banking Corporation for the role of Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term).

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support in various tasks including managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the coordination of administrative functions
  • Acts as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Develops and maintains a filing system
  • Cordinates and schedules meetings and conferences
  • Performs other department-related tasks

Requirements:

  1. Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Human Resources or related course
  2. 1-2 years proven experience in an administrative function
  3. Open to fresh graduates with strong organizational and documentation skills
