Project Manager

As an e-commerce project manager, you will coordinate and execute strategies that elevate clients' online presence.

Your ability to translate client needs into actionable tasks and build strong client relationships will be essential in guiding clients through successful e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their e-commerce needs and document requirements.
  • Project Organizer: Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Task Translator: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams.
  • Timeline Manager: Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines.
  • Proactive Communicator: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Quality Assurance Inspector: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • eCommerce Expertise: Extensive experience managing e-commerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations.
  • Organized Planner: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Tools: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms.
  • Client-Centric Professional: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
