Job Overview

The incumbent leads the development of digital solutions to drive business growth. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing internal and external solutions, and overseeing the end-to-end process from conceptualization to post-assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in eB2B business processes and develop strategies for automation, product enhancement, and development. Provide recommendations on current digital solutions for commercial use and act as a consultant in providing solutions to commercial concerns.
  • Solutions Implementation: Execute planned implementation of digital solutions to grow the eB2B Business model within current GTM strategies and Order-To-Cash Process optimization. Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT), planning, implementation, and training.
  • Solutions Management: Manage internal and external solutions from solutions development to enhancement and maintenance. Work with Technology Team to develop required improvements in existing tools and join discussions with developers and vendors for new applications/systems.
  • Digital Tools Assessment: Conduct end-to-end assessment of digital tools, manage alignments with external vendors, other functions, and key stakeholders, coordinate training, and document digital processes and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business-related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in product management and handling digital solutions or digital channels
  • Background in Business-to-Business e-commerce and cashless solutions
  • Background in Information Technology concepts and understanding of digital trends
  • Strong problem-solving, data management, and analytical skills
  • Capable of leading and managing projects
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, with Power BI knowledge an advantage
  • Flexible, fast learner, and open to change
