Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Service Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze service performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Incident and Problem Management: Manage/co-ordinate the MIM Process, collaborating with technical teams to identify root causes and resolve incidents.
- Change Management: Support the evaluation, coordination, and communication of IT service changes.
- Service Improvement: Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing IT services and implement strategies to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication about service performance and improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least two years of experience in IT service management or a related field.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes, certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
