The Enterprise Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery, support, and continuous improvement of IT services, aligning with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Service Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze service performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Manage/co-ordinate the MIM Process, collaborating with technical teams to identify root causes and resolve incidents.
  • Change Management: Support the evaluation, coordination, and communication of IT service changes.
  • Service Improvement: Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing IT services and implement strategies to optimize quality and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication about service performance and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least two years of experience in IT service management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes, certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
