Job Description

At Elite Headhunting, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Director to oversee our ecommerce customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing customer-facing teams and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of ecommerce chat agents and provide guidance on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns/refunds.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service center efficiency, including monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service with other business functions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
