About the Role:

  • This is a senior-level position responsible for driving customer success and promoting loyalty through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement customer success plans and quarterly reports to drive progress towards desired outcomes.
  2. Conduct regular reviews and collaboration sessions to address any challenges or barriers to adoption.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to address customer challenges.
