The Client Services Director to support our team in Commonwealth Ave., Quezon City.

In this role, you'll be working with the Senior Director for Operations, handling Client Relationship Management.

You will ensure that our client(s) are provided with excellent customer service.

As a Client Services Director you will:

  1. Serve as the Point of Contact for our client relationships.
  2. This will be done primarily through phone calls, e-mails, and occasional client visits.
  3. Analyze and develop innovative ways to minimize cost and create efficiencies in existing contracts.
  4. Participate in future contract proposals by using pre-existing customer data and other relevant benchmarking information.
  5. Work collaboratively with the Corporate Accounts team.
  6. Assist in the development and growth of this new role.
  7. Directly oversee and monitor performance of Client Relationship Managers of various accounts.
  8. Responsible for managing clients' expectations in terms of campaign performance and overall metrics.
  9. Assist in improving campaigns' performance by driving projects and other process improvement activities.
  10. Manage and review contracts in relation to client requirements.
  11. Provide support in establishing and monitoring SOWs (Scope of Work) for clients and Afni.
Requirements:
  1. Have earned a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  2. Must have at least 5 years of working experience handling the same position/field.
  3. Previous related account management or client services background in the call center industry is required.
  4. Must have experience in managing large accounts.
  5. Have remarkable customer service skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  6. Have strong leadership and communication skills.
  7. Can resolve issues promptly.
  8. Must have excellent MS Office and A-Plus skills.
  9. Must have strong technology proficiency and excellent organizational skills.
  10. Can handle high volume and wide variety of work within the confines of negotiated contracts.
  11. Must be amenable to GRAVEYARD schedules.
  12. Must be willing to work in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
