Director of Customer Service Excellence

The Senior Operations Director will play a key role in driving the success of our call center operations. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing call center strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs
* Leading a team of managers to oversee daily call center operations, including scheduling, quality assurance, and performance monitoring
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements
* Analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize call center performance
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in call center management or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
