Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Care or related field
  • Strong grasp of the English language, including spoken and written
  • Proven leadership skills to manage team members effectively
  • Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude
  • Able to make good decisions independently and monitor action items and KPIs
