Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive business growth through lead generation and sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their skills in research, data analysis, and communication to drive success in a dynamic environment.

  1. Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and execute targeted lead lists using industry-leading tools and techniques.
  2. Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients and nurture them through personalized outreach and follow-up.
  3. Campaign Execution: Execute email marketing campaigns, conduct outbound sales calls, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance to inform future strategy.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in lead generation or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and other productivity tools.
  • Languages: Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and phone presence.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to track multiple leads and projects.
  • Comfort Level: Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to potential clients.

Additional Details:

  • Working Hours: 20 hours per week.
  • Job Type: Part-time.
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
