Job Description

As an Executive Administration Office professional at SYNETCOM PHILIPPINES INC, you will provide critical support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in maintaining the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing phone calls, as well as taking messages and responding to emails
  • Welcoming visitors and interacting with them in a professional manner
  • Managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives and appointments
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including videoconferencing and email communications
  • Organizing and maintaining traditional paper and electronic filing systems
  • Performing basic bookkeeping and clerical duties, such as creating spreadsheets and managing databases
  • Preparing presentations and being proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
