Loans Servicing Specialist

The Credit Team is seeking a skilled Settlements Officer to join the team. The primary objective of this role is to work closely with the Credit, Sales and Operations team as well as brokers and clients directly to provide support throughout the settlement and repayment of loans.
This includes ensuring that all supporting documentation has been collected and meets the requirements specified by the Credit Policy. Additionally, accurate preparation of loan documents instructions for issuance to panel lawyers for funding and loan discharges is a critical aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities- Understanding of the mortgage loan process from application to repayment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Adherence to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a loan admin or settlements role.
- Experience and an understanding of loan servicing and collections is fundamental.
- Tenacious attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
