Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Specialist to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will have experience in mortgage loan processes and proficiency in industry-standard software.

  • Support clients throughout the loan application process, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with all stages of the loan process, from initial contact through to settlement, ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including data entry, documentation management, and communication with clients and lenders.
  • Conduct needs analysis, serviceability assessments, and product assessments based on client objectives and situations.
  • Research lender policies and procedures.
  • Packaging client loan applications and ensuring accuracy of supporting documentation.
  • Lender follow-up and status reporting, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Take ownership of compliance-related matters, ensuring all documentation is captured in the system.
  • Complete loan serviceability, order valuations, prepare forms, gather rate quotes, arrange loan doc execution, and arrange settlements with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience supporting a mortgage broker or banking/lending industry is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM software and Applyonline/Simpology (LoanApp) lodgment systems.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to understand financial documents and assess PAYG applications.
  • Proficient in using software applications to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
