As a Financial Consultant for Enterprise Solutions, you will support the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions for our global client base.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a good understanding of Workday products, including Financials and Payroll
  • Maintaining a strong customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, both remotely and in-person
  • Showing commercial awareness and an understanding of project dynamics
  • Paying close attention to detail
  • Working collaboratively within teams and alongside customers
  • Planning your workload and meeting deadlines
  • Applying relevant standards and procedures to maintain high quality and accuracy
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of information at all times
  • Continuously learning about relevant subject matter, such as international regulatory requirements
  • Rotating through various Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services
  • Delivering work to meet defined Service Level Agreements for Application Management Services
  • Traveling to customer sites within the same region, with minimal out-of-region travel required
