Job Title: Technical Expert for ServiceNow Solutions

Job Overview

TTEC Digital seeks an experienced technical consultant to lead our growing ServiceNow practice area. This is a 100% remote opportunity with US-based time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into robust technical specifications and effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and other ServiceNow solutions.

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
  • Provide project status updates, manage project risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Consultation and Support:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consulting, and recommend best practices.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Training and Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
