Expert Payroll Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced payroll consultant to join our team and contribute to the implementation and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Job Description

As a senior payroll consultant, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, design, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also provide support and guidance to junior members of the team and contribute to the development of best practices within the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for global customers
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing consulting environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
  • Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines
