Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join our team as a Technical Business Process Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with the Finance department to drive process improvements, automations, system integrations, and system administration.


About the Role
  • You will work closely with Finance and Payroll/Payment team members to identify and implement enhancements to business processes.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications team to ensure changes align with overall business objectives and technology strategies.
  • You will assist in the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of SaaS technologies, including Sage Intacct and Workday.
  • Prepare documentation to ensure stakeholders understand changes, systems, and processes related to financial technology.
  • Project manage change initiatives to ensure optimal results.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to financial systems and implement solutions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies.
  • Significant financial technical consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes.
  • Experience operating in a consultative role to understand and meet the needs of multiple stakeholders within finance.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and how they might be applied to finance.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
